VSM is a Certified SCRUM master and provides advisory consulting on developing roadmap for transition to AGILE methodology (consulting, trainings and implementation). He has extensive experience in embedding AGILE methodology engineering and project management practices in the Quality management system and ensuring its implementation on identified projects for AGILE methodology roll out. He is also a pioneer in IT Quality having played key role in the world’s first CMM & CMMI® Level 5 certification at Wipro and subsequently consulting with global organizations in driving their Process improvement journeys. |
