• Every Project Manager does have a schedule but to most it's a list of tasks with associated dates and some resource allocated to it. Is this really a schedule? To me it's more of a wish list not a plan (or schedule) which hasn't been qualified/checked for it's feasibility. A schedule should depict how (the means) we going to deliver the project.
