Overview

The PMP® Exam Content Outline has been updated post a recent RDS (Role Delineation Study). RDS is a best practice in the certification industry, which ensures that the exam is measuring and evaluating appropriately the specific knowledge and skills required to function as a Project Management practitioner. The exam content outline is revised every 3-5 years, this was last done in August 2011.

As a result of the RDS, eight new tasks have been added and some existing tasks updated, which will result in new and updated questions in the exam. Some of these tasks are outside of PMBOK®.

This webinar will introduce you to the changes to begin with, provide pointers for additional study required and finally cover some of the out of PMBOK® topics to be tested in the exam.
