Philip is responsible for incorporating the latest real-world knowledge and understanding into the Best Practice suite of ITIL products, ensuring that AXELOS remains the market-leader in management guidance, accreditation and certifications. Philip is a highly qualified and experienced IT Service Manager and Consultant. His work with recognized organizations such as Buying Solutions and the Cabinet Office was aimed at improving their IT service capabilities. He holds the ITIL V2 Managers, ITIL V3 Expert, ITIL Practitioner, PRINCE2 2017 Practitioner, M_O_R and RESILIA certifications. He also holds an ISO 20000 Consultant certification and is a member of the UK Working Group for ISO 20000.
