Overview

Innovation Management is the process of managing the creation and delivery of value to the customer. Innovation is aptly described as Mind to Market – an idea qualifies to be called an innovation when it finds acceptance from the customers or users of the idea. The Problem Solving session is based on TRIZ (Russian acronym for Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) and is part of a structured and systemic framework for enterprise level Innovation deployment. TRIZ is a set of tools for situation analysis, problem definition and directional search for best solutions and is the best known methodology for generation of new ideas and concepts
