The People Capability Maturity Model® (PCMM) is a maturity framework that focuses on continuously improving the management and development of the people practices of an organization. It describes an evolutionary improvement path from ad hoc, inconsistently performed practices, to a mature, disciplined, and continuously improving development of the knowledge, skills, and motivation of the workforce that enhances strategic business performance. The People Capability Maturity Model (People CMMI) helps organizations successfully address their critical people issues and align people practices to Business objectives.
Many organizations have adopted the PCMM framework to improve their people practices. This webinar provides a real life insight into how this Model was adopted by one of the QAI’s clients, challenges faced and benefits realized.
